Application Implementation Specialist

NKFL is looking for recruitment for the post of Applications Implementation Specialist at Senior Manager/Manager grade in its IT vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with business verticals to gather and document detailed requirements
• Lead the evaluation and selection of software vendors based on business requirements
• Conduct comprehensive vendor assessments and solution fitment studies
• Manage the complete procurement process for software solutions
• Develop and maintain implementation project plans and timelines
• Lead vendor negotiations and ensure contractual obligations are met
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of solutions
• Coordinate and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Manage stakeholder communications across business teams and vendors
• Drive the successful go-live of implemented solutions
• Ensure proper knowledge transfer and documentation from vendors
• Handle post-implementation support coordination
• Perform vendor performance monitoring and reporting.

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate in engineering or any relevant IT related qualification
• MBA in IT would be added advantage

Experience

• Min 3-6 years of experience in software projects implementation
• Preference would be given to candidates with:
• Strong project management capabilities
• Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills
• Assertive communication and stakeholder management
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Knowledge of software procurement procedures
• Understanding of banking/financial software systems
• Banking/NBFC domain experience preferred

Other Criteria

• Maximum age limit is 35 years for Manager, and 40 years for Senior Manager as on date of application.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English

Place of Posting

• The place of posting for the present will be Mumbai/Hyderabad/Chennai/Hyderabad/Pune.
• However, depending on administrative requirement of NABKISAN, candidate may be placed anywhere in the country in future

Emoluments and service conditions

• Annual CTC:

Manager Grade: Rs. 9.71 lakh

Basic Pay - Rs. 34,250/- per month

Sr. Manager Grade: Rs. 15.16 lakh

Basic Pay - Rs. 51,850/- per month

• Eligible for Basic, DA, HRA, CCA, Other Allowances as per the rules in force from time to time, Performance Incentive, Group Insurance Policy for employees & family, Group Personal Accident Policy for employees and other statutory benefits.
• Initial appointment will be on probation for a period of 02 years. The employee may be absorbed on the regular roll, based on satisfactory performance. For staff candidates, earlier experience will be reckoned towards probation period.
