• Floating inquiry to vendors ,Manage Supply and Dispatch Chain
• Created and maintained company purchase orders / PO
• Managed relationships and performance of ongoing suppliers
• Maintain relationship with the OEMs like: Cisco, DotCad, Avaya, Polycam, etc.
• Monitored inventory procedures for accountability
• Discovered and partnered with reliable vendors and suppliers
• Negotiated contract terms of agreement and pricing
• Monitored quantity and quality of goods received
• Managed reports and documentation control
• Negotiate price, terms and conditions with suppliers
• Maintained and updated purchasing records
• Prepared cost comparison of material pricing
• Evaluated and implemented Vendor Development Program
• Updating reports and maintaining MIS(Make PO, Material Inward, Outward)

Preferred candidate profile

Must have prior experience preferably in IT Industry, should know purchase process: From PR to vendor development/negotiation & coordination to delivery of material & pavements.
