Purchase Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Management:

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors for various event needs.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve cost efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors to ensure quality and reliability.

Procurement:

• Source materials, equipment, and services required for event production.
• Compare quotations and ensure the best quality at competitive prices.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery to meet event timelines.

Production Coordination:

• Collaborate with the production team to understand material and logistical requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock for upcoming events.
• Address and resolve any procurement-related issues during production.

Budget Management:

• Assist in creating and managing procurement budgets.
• Track expenses and ensure adherence to allocated budgets.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, vendor agreements, and invoices.
• Prepare regular procurement reports for management review.
