Designation : Purchase -Executive
Reporting To: HOD/GM
Department : Purchase.
Authority : Purchase Orders
- Procurement plan per the purchase request from Planning.
- Improve the negotiations skills and increase the profitability.
- Organize the materials Just In Time (JIT)
- Understanding the technical specification of the products
- Follow 5s procedures.
- Control the inventory within the tolerance limit.
- Maintain two approved vendors minimum for each of the product.
- To be Followed IMS policy, procedures and Formats.
