Job Description

Job Summary

  • As a Sales Manager at MY SOLAR, you will lead and manage the companys sales operations, ensuring achievement of revenue goals while fostering customer satisfaction.
  • You will develop and execute sales strategies, oversee a team of sales professionals, and establish strong client relationships.
  • Your role will also include analyzing market trends, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to align sales efforts with the companys objectives.

Relevant Industry Experience

  • 6+ Experience in sales and business development within the solar, electrical switchgear, or renewable energy sectors is preferred.

Educational Qualifications

Qualification

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
  • MBA in Sales/Marketing
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and CRM systems.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance.
  • Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets for the team and individual members.
  • Analyze market trends and sales data to identify areas of growth and opportunity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
