Job Overview:
We are seeking a Dynamic, Aggressive, and Result-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, building and leading high-performing teams, and establishing strong relationships with clients. This role requires extensive and aggressive follow-up with the Field Sales Team on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
2. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, provide strategic partnerships, and expand the company's presence in the market.
3. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Understand client needs and work collaboratively to tailor solutions that meet their specific requirements.
4. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organisational goals. Stay updated of industry trends and competitor activities for accurate decision-making.
5. Team Development: Train, and mentor sales professionals. Foster a high-performance culture that emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
6. Travel Commitment: Demonstrate a willingness to travel extensively, as per the requirement, to meet with clients, attend industry events, and oversee sales activities in different regions.
7. Reporting: Provide regular/daily and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and updates to Management.
Qualifications:
a. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
b. Proven experience of Min. 5 to 7 years
c. Proven track record of successful sales leadership in the telematics or related industry.
d. Open to Travel.
e. Strong business and strategic skills.
f. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
g. Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team effectively.
h. Willingness to travel extensively, meeting the specified commitment.

Coming from a Sales background with no experience in SaaS-based business still, I was allowed to handle a good position. I had some personal setbacks and the organization took care of the same and allowed me to take a break for some time till things were normal
I would strongly advice Management to take action against employees who are working against policies and presenting false information. Currently, to keep the career of the employee safe no action is taken.
