We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field sales specialist to join our growing team. The Field sales specialist will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition:
    • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
    • Present and promote company products and services to potential clients effectively.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
    • Promptly address client inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional manner.
  • Sales Targets:
    • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
    • Provide actionable feedback to the company regarding market demands and customer preferences.
  • Sales Strategy:
    • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize revenue within the designated area.
    • Align sales efforts with broader company objectives to support business growth.
  • Coordination:
    • Coordinate with the Support team to ensure seamless client onboarding and post-sales services.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or experience. in the GPS industry will be an added advantage.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
    • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Remuneration:
    • Salary + Incentive
