Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage field sales activities, including lead generation, area sales management, direct marketing, and promotions.
Conduct outside sales visits to meet with potential customers and build relationships.
Execute sales executive activities such as product demonstrations and presentations.
Develop strategies for effective lead generation and conversion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting software.
Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
