Senior & Junior International Business Development Executive - Building Information Modelling (2-5 yrs)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic International Business Development Executive to expand our market presence in Building Information Modelling (BIM). The ideal candidate will identify potential clients, foster relationships, and drive revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives in international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research & Analysis

2. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

3. Client Relationship Management

4. Proposal Development & Negotiation

5. Reporting & Documentation

6. Prepare regular reports on business development progress and performance.

Key Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in , Engineering is a must and would prefer candidates with MBA.

- Experience: Proven experience, Minimum of 2+ years in business development, sales, or marketing.

Skills:

- Strong understanding of BIM modelling and Revit processes.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of international standards and practices in BIM.

- Experience working with clients in US/Canada/Europe
