Marketing Communications & Executions Representative
Position Overview:
The Marketing Communications & Execution Representative will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and flawless delivery of virtual, hybrid, and in-person events. This role is integral to driving customer engagement, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting pipeline growth across multiple business units (BUs). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in event strategy, logistics, and execution, ensuring all events align with marketing objectives, business goals, and target audience expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
Event Logistics Management:

• Manage all logistical aspects of event execution, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, A/V setup, catering, and on-site coordination.
• Oversee the seamless delivery of virtual, hybrid, and in-person events across various platforms.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and schedules for attendees, speakers, and event staff.

Content and Program Coordination:

• Partner with content teams, product marketing, and event speakers to develop agendas, session topics, and presentations.
• Ensure event content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with the audience's interests and business objectives.
• Manage speaker recruitment, preparation, and briefing for presentations, panels, and workshops.
• Collaborate with the Marcom team to maintain consistent branding and messaging across all promotional materials.

On-Site or Virtual Event Execution:

• Oversee day-of-event logistics, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for attendees, speakers, and sponsors.
• Troubleshoot technical and logistical challenges in real-time to ensure high-quality event delivery.
• Manage attendee registration, check-in, and engagement activities during the event.

Post-Event Follow-Up and Reporting:

• Conduct post-event analysis, including attendee feedback, engagement metrics, and ROI reporting.
• Deliver insights and recommendations for improving future event execution.
• Oversee post-event communications, including thank-you notes, surveys, and content distribution.

Event Innovation and Best Practices:

• Stay up-to-date with emerging event technologies, tools, and industry trends to enhance attendee experiences.
• Implement innovative approaches to increase audience engagement across virtual, hybrid, and physical formats.
• Document and share best practices to standardize and scale event processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Event Management, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in event planning and execution, preferably in a B2B marketing environment.
• Proven experience managing virtual, hybrid, and in-person events, including conferences, webinars, and workshops.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Experience working with event management software, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, ON24, Teams).
• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to track, analyze, and report event performance metrics and ROI.
• Flexibility to travel and manage on-site event activities as needed.
