Contractual Job for 12 months
This role provides you with an opportunity to be part of Global sourcing organizaê€on. Within the
Sourcing Support Hub in India, you will be responsible for supporê€ng backend support to the key
Global Project as well as to the Category and Sourcing Managers across the globe to manage Agilent's
Indirect spend on goods and services, Low Dollar Sourcing Acê€viꢀes and vendor management. Help
with record keeping, purchasing and ensuring compliance to policies / law and contribute to increase
customer saꢀsfacꢀon. You will be managing administraꢀve acꢀviꢀes related to Project Management,
Contract Management, which include assisꢀng in arranging for contract signatures and stamping,
maintain records/ follow ups, Supplier management. Leads or parꢀcipates in cross-funcꢀonal teams
to develop and implement soluꢀons to business problems. The role will be responsible for
engagement on projects such as Fixed asset inventory, reviewing and administering the spend in
travel category and managing the local agreements in the category. Perform the spot checks and
mock audits for Sourcing Support Hub. Assist and support Sourcing managers/CM on the adhoc
projects / project support of sourcing engagements.

2-5 yrs. experience in the role which requires working with cross funcꢀonal teams and

Excellent communicaꢀon skills
Profciency in MS word, Excel and PowerPoint is must
Good at analyꢀcal skills, logical reasoning and problem solving
Basic knowledge of Procure to Pay process, RFX process, contract management will be

preferrable
Hands on experience of tools such as eSourcing Ariba, eContracts Ariba will be preferrable
Bachelor's degree is must .
