Job Description

Role & responsibilities


  • Job Requirement Gathering:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements for non-IT roles, including key skills, qualifications, and experience needed.
    • Develop and maintain job descriptions for various non-IT positions.

  • Candidate Sourcing:
    • Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to source candidates.
    • Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future job openings.

  • Screening and Shortlisting:
    • Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and experience.
    • Shortlist candidates for further interviews based on job requirements.

  • Interviewing:
    • Conduct interviews (phone, video, or in-person) to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate with hiring managers for second-round interviews and assessments.

  • Candidate Management:
    • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
    • Manage candidate expectations and provide a positive candidate experience.

  • Offer and Negotiation:
    • Extend job offers to selected candidates and handle negotiation of terms and conditions of employment.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during offer and onboarding stages.
  • Database and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
    • Prepare reports on recruitment activities, including time-to-hire, sourcing effectiveness, and other key metrics.


Required Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience:

    • Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in non-IT roles.
    • Experience in end-to-end recruitment process and candidate management.

  • Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and sourcing strategies.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and potential cultural fit.
    • Proficient in using recruitment tools, job boards, and social media for sourcing candidates.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
