Relationship Manager – Digital B2B (Credit Card/Personal Loan)

Technology savvy to be able to use and train on digital mobile and web applications.
Knowledge of banking products like Credit cards & Personal loans
Train and hand hold partners to on-board and increase the usage of the mobile/web app
Build and improve relationships with customers, key suppliers and partners.
Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
Work with internal departments to ensure company meets clients expectations
