Job Description

Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Location: Rajajinagar, Bengaluru

Reports To: Sales Manager/Team Leader

Job Overview: The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving monthly sales target by delivering excellent customer service, ensuring timely responses to leads and inquiries, and collaborating with the team to implement effective sales strategies. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills to ensure no lead is missed and customers are delighted with their experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve Sales Targets:
    • Drive sales to meet and exceed the target
  2. Product Knowledge:
    • Possess in-depth knowledge of products and services to effectively consult and advise customers on the best-suited solutions.
  3. Lead Management:
    • Respond to leads promptly (First Response Time: within 5 minutes).
    • Address straight-forward inquiries within 15 minutes.
    • Ensure organized follow-ups ystem to maintain lead engagement and conversion.
  4. Customer Engagement:
    • Handle customer objections professionally.
    • Set realistic customer expectations and exceed them to achieve customer delight.
  5. Team Collaboration:
    • Strategize with the team leader and other team members to develop and execute sales plans for maximum results.
  6. Follow-Up & Organization:
    • Maintain an organized system for tracking leads and follow-ups to ensure no opportunities are missed.
  7. CRM Management:
    • Utilize CRM tools effectively to manage customer information and track sales activities.
  8. Closing Sales:
    • Employ strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals successfully.
