Dear Associate We do value your feedback but will like to comment that if the work experience was so bad, why did you spend your precious five years in the organization. The Heiarchary is always there in any organizational structure, which must be respected for decision-making. However, your reporting Head will always remain one. I think that as a responsible organization, MUVTONS was one of the few companies in the world that gave increments to its employees during the COVID ERA as well, and arrears were dispersed. Further, as regards your F&F, if any compliances are pending as per the Rules & Regulations of the company and those are not fulfilled - no company will do the F&F formalities. We are sorry to say that non-performers do back-bite about any company. We do feel bad that after supporting an employee for five years and giving the F&F as per the company's rules and regulations, we get to hear these comments.
