Job Title: Muthoot Homefin National Sales Manager
The National Sales Manager for Affordable Housing will lead and oversee the sales operations across the country, ensuring strategic growth and profitability in the affordable housing segment. The ideal candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, drive market expansion, and manage regional teams to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement national sales strategies tailored for the affordable housing segment.
- Set clear goals and objectives aligned with the organizations vision and growth targets.
- Identify market opportunities and risks to shape business plans effectively.
Sales Management:
- Lead and manage a team of Regional Sales Managers and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Drive volume growth by penetrating new markets and maximizing existing ones.
- Monitor sales performance through KPIs and take corrective actions where necessary.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, train, and mentor regional sales teams to build a high-performance sales culture.
- Conduct regular team meetings, provide feedback, and foster collaboration across regions.
- Ensure teams adhere to compliance, operational policies, and best practices.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct competitor analysis and market trend research to stay ahead in the affordable housing sector.
- Provide insights into customer needs and preferences to improve sales strategies.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including channel partners, developers, and financial institutions.
Budgeting & Reporting:
- Develop and manage the national sales budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Prepare and present periodic sales reports and forecasts to the senior management.
Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in sales, with at least 8 years in a leadership role in the affordable housing.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and people management abilities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach.
