We are hiring Chief Compliance Officer - Mumbai (HeadOffice).

- The Candidate must be retired from PSU Banker not below the rank of AGM with experiecne of 5-10 years in Compliance role in a Public sector bank.

- The Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) is responsible for overseeing and managing compliance within the organization to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance frameworks, fostering a culture of ethical business conduct, and safeguarding the company's integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance program aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

- Monitor and interpret evolving regulatory changes relevant to housing finance operations and ensure timely updates to policies and procedures.

- Conduct regular risk assessments and compliance audits to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.

- Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies and ensure timely and accurate reporting.

- Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.

- Oversee the implementation of internal controls to prevent and detect violations of laws, regulations, and company policies.

- Investigate compliance issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.

- Report compliance matters and risk exposures to senior management and the Board of Directors.

- Collaborate with legal, audit, risk, and operational teams to ensure a cohesive compliance strategy.
