Role & responsibilities
He will be responsible to drive the BDM's and Outbound sales team of respective zones and regions for New Customer Acquisition and NKYC target achievement.
Drive BDMs and outbound sales of respective zones and regions for NKYC takeovers.
Drive and scale-up ," Muthoot Business Partners"B2B tie-ups through Outbound sales team and Loan@Home.
Plan and Execute sales promotions activities for New Customers lead generation from branch's catchment area.
Responsible to guide ,train ,mentor & Coach the sales team on a regular basis for Improving their business outcome.
