Outbound Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

Understand clients' requirements and advise on recommendations for itineraries for outbound requirements

• Prepare customized itineraries for international packages
• Build itineraries as per clients' requirements for International destinations
• Prepare booking vouchers & invoices
• Confirm bookings with vendors / service providers
• Support clients during their travel
• Visa processing and documentation
• Make flight & hotel bookings and generate vouchers

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must be a graduate.
• Good and sound knowledge of costing and itinerary preparation relating to Outbound tours for various countries Dubai, Thailand, Singapore, Bali, Malaysia,Vietnam etc.
• Would be smart to handle queries from direct clients and converting same to business.
• Should have minimum 02-05 years experience in the trade.
• Also computer literacy and fluency in English essential.
