Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Strategic Execution:

    • Develop and execute regional business plans.
    • Deliver annual volume within budgeted costs.
    • Achieve distribution and in-store execution objectives.
    • Drive Urban and Semi-Urban Sales.

Relationship Building:

    • Build relations with Modern Retail Chains, General Retail Distributors, and HORECA players.
    • Collaborate with marketing, sales development, revenue management, and supply chain teams.

Growth and Market Trends:

    • Estimate and develop growth plans for each product category.
    • Recognize market trends and adjust strategies to achieve targets.
    • Achieve volume targets, focusing on key brands and packs.

Team and Product Launch:

    • Set clear objectives aligned with senior management goals.
    • Align the team on new product launch plans and oversee execution.
    • Review progress in weekly meetings and implement corrective actions.

Productivity and Financial Management:

    • Ensure accurate information flow for strategic decisions.
    • Manage discounts, distributor ROI, cost control, and sales data.
    • Develop and implement operating procedures to optimize staffing and productivity.

Market Share and Competition:

    • Improve market share by focusing on specific brands and channels.
    • Execute corporate and regional marketing agendas with local promotions.
    • Monitor competitive activities and maintain high competition intelligence.

Process Improvement:

    • Enhance sales processes through data analysis.
    • Lead problem-solving initiatives and maintain a physical presence to understand customer needs.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Undergraduate degree.
  • Postgraduate degree from a Tier 2/3 college, preferably an MBA.
  • 3 to 8 years of experience in F&B, FMCG sales with experience in Quick commerce, Modern trade and Retail sales.
  • Proven experience in implementation of similar go-to-market strategies.
  • Go getter attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Perks and benefits

CTC of 8 to 15 LPA depending on candidate's experience & proven capabilities. The candidate can also get ESOPs in the company depending on long term association with the company & achievement of set targets.
