About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Head (Female) to lead our franchise and sales division for alcoholic Beverages/FMCG. Business Development/FRANCHISING EXPERIENCE of MIN 2 YEARS REQUIRED. Fluent in English / Preferable from either Real Estate Sales division or PR Firms or EVENT MANAGEMENT COMPANIES or BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROFILES

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Should be able to use ppt and give presentations

Should be able to manage junior tele calling teams and sales manager

Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification:

Generate HNI leads for Business development

Monitor market trends and assess opportunities and investment.

Analyse competitors and market conditions to drive strategic decisions.

Ensure the profitability of each project, track revenue and expenses, and manage ROI for customer

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and stakeholders.

Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring the highest level of service and quality standards.

Represent the company at conferences, and public forums.

Salary no bar for deserving candidate ( 7lacs to 18lacs per annum)

Position is based at DLF Prime Towers in Okhla

Timings :10 AM To 6 Pm
