Process Overview*

Core Technology Infrastructure (CTI), part of the Global Technology & Operations organization, consists of more than 6,600 employees worldwide. With a presence in more than 35 countries, TI designs, builds and operates end-to-end technology infrastructure solutions and manages critical systems and platforms across the bank. TI delivers industry-leading infrastructure products and services to the companys employees, customers and clients around the world.

Job Description*

We are in the process of automating different use cases related to monitoring, incident and change management, service request management by using different tools and applications within Bank of America. Technology subject matter will be responsible for the analysis, design, development and unit test activities in the software development projects with BMC Atrium/Truesight Orchestrator interacting with Remedy ITSM, SRM, Atrium CMDB, BladeLogic Server Automation, BladeLogic Database Automation, Netcool and other applications with REST or SOAP API. Need to work on multiple projects and development efforts and provides technical guidance and work closely with on-shore and off-shore development, QA tester, and UAT testers. The candidate should have at least 2 years of hands-on programming experience with complex and global projects.

Responsibilities*

• Analysis, design, Development and implementation of software solutions to support the Data warehousing projects.
• Communicate effectively within the US/India team and the clients
• Adaptability and quick learning capabilities for the changing technologies
• A self-learner with willingness to take responsibilities and drive the assigned tasks with minimal directions.

Requirements:

Education*

Bachelor degree and above.

Preferably B.Tech/BE from reputed college.

Experience Range*

8+ years

Foundational skills*

• Mulesoft Anypoint Development
• REST API, RPA (Robotics Process Automation)
• BMC Truesight Orchestrator/Atrium Orchestrator (2 yrs+ handon experience)
• XML, XSLT, XPATH
• Core Java (JDK 6 and 7), Database queries.
• SDLC Concepts.
• SCRUM Methodology.
• ITSM Knowledge.
• General system administration knowledge:
• Linux, Windows, Unix, RDBMS (generic SQL queries)
• Ansible, BladeLogic Server Automation: basic skill

Desired skills*

• ITIL Foundations certified or higher preferred
• BMC Truesight/Atrium Orchestrator training
• BMC BladeLogic Server Automation training & qualification,
• BMC Remedy ARS
• Python, Perl, PowerShell scripting
• BMC Remedy ARS training & qualification Any type of Application Monitoring experience is a plus.
