BOQ Manager | Delhi

The BOQ Manager will play a key role in managing and optimizing the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for the companys business development projects. This includes overseeing the preparation, management, and analysis of BOQs for new and existing clients, and ensuring the accurate estimation of project requirements in alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• BOQ Management: Prepare, analyze, and manage the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for the expansion-related projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company standards.
• Cost Estimation: Collaborate with the BD and project teams to ensure that cost estimates and quantities are accurate for product sourcing, project execution, and client requirements.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to gather quotes and assess materials and service requirements to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Project Planning Support: Assist the BD team in the planning phase by providing data on material requirements, cost forecasting, and timelines to ensure smooth project execution.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Provide regular reports on BOQ analysis, including cost estimations, discrepancies, and areas for improvement to management.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide technical expertise, and ensure the BOQ meets their expectations for cost and quality.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all BOQ documentation is in compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
