Responsibilities:
BOQ Preparation: Prepare accurate and detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for all project materials, labor, and equipment.
Cost Estimation: Develop comprehensive cost estimates for projects, considering all direct and indirect costs.
Tendering: Assist in the tender process, including preparing tender documents, evaluating bids, and recommending contractors.
Budget Monitoring: Monitor project budgets throughout the construction process, tracking actual costs against estimated costs and identifying any variances.
Site Measurements: Conduct regular site measurements to verify quantities and ensure accurate cost tracking.
Contractor Payments: Process contractor payment applications, ensuring that payments are in accordance with the contract terms and the work completed.
Cost Control: Implement cost control measures to minimize project costs and maximize profitability.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and building codes.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including cost reports, payment records, and contract documents.
