Position : Quantity Surveyor role

Job Description :

• Examining and reviewing or assessing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements
• Liaising and working collaboratively with site managers, clients, contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Gathering and preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other necessary and relevant documents and forwarding them to the appropriate management or personnel

Working Terms:

• Time off Rotation will be 6 Month working and 30 Days paid off & subsequently followed by every 6 month ones (Both to and from International & Domestic travel tickets provided by company.
• Workdays & Hours Seven Days Working (Monday to Sunday – 8:30AM to 6:30PM)
• As per the Nigeria labour law, we have a limited quota for expats. As we are a multi companies group we have a limited expat quota available on each company, basis that where ever the quota is available basis that we issue the appointment letter to the candidate on behalf of that company.
• First salary will be released after 60 Days followed by the salary cycle ( Ex: If you joined in April you will get first month salary on June then after that every month you will get regularly)
