Role & responsibilities

Responsible for all type of in process inspection, visual inspection and final inspection of ERW pipes.

• Performing online Eddy current testing of pipes.

• Monitoring work stations like hydro testing, root facing and beveling of pipes.

• Responsible for controlling and guiding of quality control team and conduct QC inspection and coordination with third-party inspection agencies.

• Performing pre-dispatch inspection work.

• Rejection and scrap control by continuous follow up of all the process routes.

• Developing and implementing of quality standards.

• Ensuring that workflows, processes and product comply with customer requirement.
