Job Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Develop the short & long term sustainable strategy for Productwise & Marketwise for Sales, Business development, Brand & Marketing & Profit generations as per the need to the organisation's vision and strategic direction
Sales:
- To sell budgeted quantity at budgeted price with 100% collection
- Ensure steady and sustainable Growth Monthly, Quarterly & annually
- Provide inputs to the top management for long term strategic planning for growth
Marketing:
- Lead generations and promotional activities
- Build large number followers of targeted clients through social media
- To prepare ppt's, customised offers, quotations as per need
Business Development:
- Network of Franchise/Project dealers/Freelancers/Contractors: Location wise
1. Appointment of Franchise, Project dealers, Freelancers and contractors location wise strategically
2. Ensure business generations through them as per targets Projects Network:
- Product specifications from Architects & Landscape architects & Key accounts Lead generations, Development of pipeline orders and ensure finalizations
- To create/maintain excellent relationships with Architects/Builders and be able to tailor product pitch according to their need.
- Develop & Maintain Specifier network at Pan India locations especially Architects & Landscape architects for ACI product Specifications & recommendations in projects.
- Regular visits to key customers for continued business.
- Product presentations through personal meeting to Top- 20 Architects & Top- 20 Builders in first 3 months
- Product specifications & Confirmed Order position: 20 projects in first 3 months
- Coordination & Installation
- Coordinate with factory and ensure timely supply.
- Co-ordinate with the Operation and technical team for sampling, mock ups and site applications to ensure service and maintain product quality.
- Coordinate with Technical and product development team for new products and customised samples
- Coordinate with application team for site applications and ensure qualities.
- Ensure discipline and integrity and safety at workplace/office/job sites
- Ensure timely service, complain resolution and customer service with upmost priority
- Collections
- Ensure supply & apply against advance payment only
- No dues from any projects after supply/installation
Knowledge & Skills:
- MBA with 8- 10 years of experience in building material in speciality and concept selling products & applications
- Experience in new products and start-up business
- Entrepreneur mind set with dedicated focus on top and bottom-line
- Hardcore project sales and specifications networks and skills
- Good communication, man management and team-building skills and
- Result oriented.
- Should have excellent leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills, employee champion, ability to influence, Organizing skills, Zeal for continuous improvement and excellence are some of the mandatory traits.
- Should be creative, lateral and innovative thinker, willing to explore ideas.
- Seasoned in team management and effective communication skills to create cohesive relations amongst inter & intra departmental team members and external customers.
