Minimum 5 years in B2C marketing (only marketing experience and NOT sales). Candidates with experience in Home Decor Industry will be preferred. Relation and experience in dealing with Architects and Interior Designers will be a deal breaker.
Job Description:
As the Marketing Manager for Brand, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth through strategic and tactical marketing initiatives. Based at our head office in Mumbai you will lead the marketing function with guidance under the owners and also work closely with cross-functional teams, to execute integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning, launching and managing Influencer marketing campaigns - in association with Dealers, Architect and Interior Designers and other such industry participants
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote furnishing products and services to consumers across the country.
- Lead the planning and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and other offline channels to drive brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Conduct regularly and also participate in the process of market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities, leveraging insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
- This person would be the go-to guy for anything related to all marketing efforts, partnerships & any ATL/BTL activities that would be rolled out in the region
- Would be the POC for the central marketing team and would be responsible for all regional campaigns that would be executed in the region (online/offline)
- Will need to constantly collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional offers, discounts, and sales incentives that drive traffic to retail outlets across the country
- Oversee the creation of engaging marketing collateral, including product catalogues, brochures, advertisements, and digital content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Manage the brand's social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and influencer partnerships, to enhance brand loyalty and customer engagement.
- Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, optimize marketing spend, and drive continuous improvement in campaign performance
