Job Title: Corporate Healthcare Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Corporate Healthcare Sales & Marketing Manager to drive strategic growth by building relationships with corporate clients and PSUs, organizing health-focused initiatives, and leading marketing efforts to promote healthcare services and products. The ideal candidate will have expertise in healthcare marketing, including branding, ATL/BTL promotions, and annual health check-ups, with a strong focus on expanding market reach and achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Relationships & Partnership Management:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporates and PSUs to provide medical supplies and services to their employees and families.
- Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential corporate clients and offering tailored healthcare solutions.
- Foster strong client relationships through continuous communication, understanding client needs, and ensuring service excellence.
Health Camps & Awareness Programs:
- Organize and manage health camps, awareness programs, and wellness initiatives within corporate environments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and high-quality delivery of health-related services.
- Promote the importance of preventive healthcare and annual health check-ups to corporates and their employees.
Branding & Marketing Activities:
- Execute ATL and BTL promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
- Oversee the creation and production of marketing materials, including leaflets, banners, posters, canopies, and signboards to support marketing campaigns.
- Maintain consistent branding across all marketing channels, ensuring clear and effective messaging.
Sales & Business Growth:
- Manage sales and marketing efforts to promote healthcare products and services, ensuring the achievement of business goals.
- Drive sales growth through the implementation of targeted marketing strategies and initiatives aimed at increasing revenue.
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns that drive volume and profitability, while meeting client requirements and expectations.
Market Expansion & Strategy Development:
- Identify and explore untapped market segments and new opportunities for business expansion.
- Design and implement marketing strategies to target new markets, enhance brand presence, and increase market penetration.
- Continuously monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and drive business success.
Client Support & Service Quality Improvement:
- Address and resolve client queries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
- Work closely with clients to ensure the quality of medical products and services meets their expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements and enhancements based on client feedback.
Campaign Performance & Reporting:
- Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and health initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, sales growth, and market expansion efforts to senior management.
Qualifications :
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
Experience :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, corporate sales, or business development.
- Strong experience in organizing health camps, awareness programs, and executing ATL/BTL marketing campaigns.
- Proven track record of achieving sales growth and meeting business objectives in a corporate healthcare setting.
Skills :
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare marketing, branding, and promotional activities.
- Ability to design and produce marketing materials, and manage campaigns effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and implement improvements.
- Creative, proactive, and customer-focused with a passion for delivering results.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience working with corporates, PSUs, and large organizations in a healthcare marketing role.
- Familiarity with health and wellness trends, as well as corporate wellness programs.
