Position: Manager - International sales.
Reporting : Director
Location : Mumbai, Head Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the Specialty Oleochemicals business of the Company for Export market, mainly Europe.
- Developing product wise business plan for achieving targeted sales & profitability
- Developing go-to-market strategy based on business plan of the company
- Identifying New markets & New Customers for the targeted products
- Increasing market share of products
- Branding of Company & its products, services and device reach out plan
- Relationship building & retention plan for existing customer
- Building product, industry & market understanding & knowledge
- Finding new application for product
- Quality & timely delivery of product to customer
- Lead, inquiry and order management by supporting the Customer service team
- Receivable management
- Customer satisfaction & complaint redressal
Candidate Profile:
- 10+ Years of Experience in Sales & marketing of chemicals & allied industries of which a few years of experience in international marketing
- Exposure to commodity & specialty chemicals
- Should have the ability to make technical presentation to customers
- Should have the ability to understand technical complaints
- Preferred exposure to the Developed market
- Well networked person in chemical industry
- Ability to work in a matrix organization
- Excellent communication skills
Education: Chemical Engineer or Bachelor's/ MSc./Chemical Engineering. MBA degree (optional) would be an added advantage if done
For Export Candidate having any chemicals experience (organic chemicals) with sales experience into monomers, lubricants, resins (coating resins, adhesive resins) will be fine. Region's potential is Europe, Asia to start and could extend to Japan and North America in future if candidate performs well.
