Opening with MSD - Tech Maintenance

• Maintain all the equipment and machinery that is in the manufacturing unit of the company
• Make regular checks for the maintenance of the machines and repair the part that need to be replaced
• Undertake electrical safety testing of all equipment throughout the factor premises
• Identify and repair any faulty routine electrical equipment
• Development of existing machinery to improve efficiency and / or make recommendations of new equipment which may improve efficiency
• Keep maintenance reports and make records for all the repair works thy conduct on the machinery
• Maintain inventory for the tools and place orders for new ones when they are required
• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
• Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
• Check electrical, pneumatic and chiller systems of buildings to ensure functionality
• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
• Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
• Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
• Ensure health and safety policies are complied with legal issues
• Calculate MTBF and MTTR and take action to reduce them
• To support in ERP implementation, KPI dashboard
• To support in the project management.
• To support in Omron implementation and remediation.

Education

BE Mechanical /Automobile Engineering preferred.
