Business Development Manager (Primary Market Research)

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare primary research proposals based on the client's brief
• Meeting up with clients to discuss business opportunities and presenting a research proposal
• Build a robust network of potential clients by cultivating and nurturing professional relationships with key strategic leaders and critical decision-makers
• Must be capable of completing the sales target within the given timeline and presenting the sales forecasts for new ventures
• Must be able to solely conduct client meetings ensuring proper understanding of clients' requirements and preparing research briefs
• Developing strategies for client acquisitions, client development, and client management
• Present company's credentials to clients remotely
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to negotiate and successfully close a deal
• Assessing the profitability of onboarding new clients
• Suggest feasibility for market research briefs and prepare cost
• Working with clients and representing the company to them

Desired candidate profile

• 3-8 years of pre-sales experience in a primary market research field agency
• Hybrid (Remote plus W.F.O) working mode
• Experience developing primary market research clients and end clients in India and abroad
• Candidates from Mumbai and New Delhi would be preferred
