Field Manager (Primary Market Research)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Schedule and set up surveys, specify sample requirements, execute and monitor surveys in the field
• Overseeing the field team and ensuring timely updates from them
• Work with an authentic and reliable database for sourcing market research participants
• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies
• Build and keep strong relationships with local stakeholders and partners to improve collaboration, coordination, and workflow efficiency on the grassroots level
• Should be able to interact and manage supplier and vendor relationships
• Being able to recruit and screen B2B and B2C respondents
• Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Must accompany clients during field visits, shop along, and city tours
• Should be able to source respondents for primary market research studies from different parts of India
• To provide regular feedback to the field team and support them in addressing gaps

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in a primary market research field agency/data collection agency/research agency
• End-to-end market research recruitment experience
• Should have worked with field partners, moderators, researchers, and simultaneous translators across India
• Should have managed consumer, B2B, and healthcare projects
• Candidates from Mumbai and New Delhi would be preferred
