• Responsible for managing & maintaining smooth facility operations
• Handling Multiple sites
• Provide assistance in general administrative activities as required
• Regular meeting with Admins to understand the day to day requirement
• Any other duties as and when required by the direct Manager/ BU SPOC
• Managing day to day operation at sites
• Managing Pantry, Housekeeping & Security staff, Cafeteria, Event Management
• Coordination of building & Maintenance, Office equipment & facility management
• Control on asset movement
• Conduct regular internal checks, physical verifications to validate implementation of systems & processes
• Dealing with emergencies as they it arises
• Adherence with existing policy and process of WPS
