Roles and Responsibilities :

- Advanced SQL Skills including UDF, Stored Procedures, Correlated Subqueries

- Experience in Query Performance & Optimization, and Performance Benchmarks in SQL Server

- Analytical Problem-solving skills and logical aptitude to address problems

- Advanced knowledge of data analytics, cleaning and preparation.

- Data Visualization Skills to create visual representations of data findings through charts, graphs, and dashboards to make the data understandable using PowerBI

- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate the insights and findings from the data to stakeholders, which can influence policy and decision-making processes using PowerBI

Qualifications :

- Proven experience (6-10 years) in data analysis and quantitative analytics.

- Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to optimize queries and handle large data volumes efficiently.

- Solid understanding of data visualization tools, especially PowerBI.

- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.

- Ability to translate complex data findings into strategic business recommendations.

- Strong communication and presentation skills to interact with stakeholders at various levels
