Sales Coordinator

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support.
  
• Invoice and Quotation Preparation:
  
  • Prepare and issue accurate sales quotations and invoices in a timely manner.
    
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all documentation meets client specifications.

    • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
      
    • Communication:

        • Review contracts and agreements for compliance and accuracy.
          
        • Dispatch Knowledge:
          
          • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch of products.
            
          • Track shipments and provide updates to clients as needed.
            
            
            
            Requirements

            • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
              
            • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
              
            • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
              
            • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
              
            • Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
