Job Description :

We are looking for a talented Dot Net Lead Developer with a strong background in .Net, .Net Core, and Cloud technologies to join our client's team. This role will primarily focus on the Capital Market domain, working on complex systems and architectures, including microservices, distributed systems, and cloud migration. As a Lead Developer, you will oversee design and architecture decisions, guide development, and ensure the strategic alignment of solutions with the DevOps mindset.

Required:

- 8 - 10 years of experience in .Net development with .Net Core expertise.

- Strong proficiency in C#, LINQ, Threading, and Generics.

- In-depth knowledge of n-tier architectures, service-oriented architecture, and microservices-based systems.

- Proven experience with GitLab for version control and CI/CD pipelines.

- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.) and cloud migration projects.

- Strong understanding of Windows ecosystems, networks, and infrastructure.

- Solid experience in design and architectural patterns and applying them to real-world solutions.

- Ability to solve complex technical problems, align with business goals, and execute strategies in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.

- Experience working in Capital Markets or similar financial domains.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and contribute to the development of robust .Net and .Net Core applications for the Capital Markets domain.

- Develop high-performance solutions using C#, LINQ, Threading, and Generics.

- Work with architectural patterns and principles, designing scalable, high-performing solutions.

- Architect and implement n-tier, microservices, and service-oriented architectures.

- Take a lead role in cloud migration projects, ensuring seamless transition and optimization in cloud environments.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement automation and streamline the development pipeline.

- Ensure CI/CD pipelines are built and maintained, leveraging GitLab for version control and deployment.

- Analyze complex technical problems and provide scalable, effective solutions.

- Drive continuous improvement and performance optimization of the application and infrastructure.

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high standards of coding and design.

- Provide guidance in best practices and help the team adapt to changing technologies.

- Work closely with infrastructure teams to ensure proper deployment and operation of applications in cloud environments.

- Have a deep understanding of cloud platforms, with the ability to optimize and scale applications in the cloud.
