Project Manager

Job Description: -

Project Mangers (10 to 15 years of total experience) who can lead a team with portfolio of .net applications for the CIO Function.

Should support as a solution architect and techno functional consultant to build and maintain the applications in the portfolio.

Technical Skills:

• Working knowing on solutioning of .net applications - .net, MS SQL, MVC/Angular front end.
• Experience in driving troubleshooting calls to solution.
• Should be able to come up with solution architecture for given requirement.
• Understanding of cloud solutioning and hosting would be an advantage.

Process Skills:

• Project management skills Project planning, driving estimates, Create and deliver status reports, Risk and issues management, monitor the delivery lifecycle from requirement to deployment, measure the quality of work, identify and improve on delivery parameters.
• Scrum/Agile experience to handle complex solutions.
• Drive discussions with business stakeholders to arrive at conclusions.
• Develop functional understanding of the requirement to help drive impact analysis and to come up with technical solution.

Behavioral Skills:

• Team management setting up goals targets and guiding the team to achieve the goals
• Identify Process improvements and coach team.
