Job Description

Senior CRM BA
Remote/ Bangalore
Job Summary -
We are looking for a Sr. CRM BA for our project and to carry out the below listed responsibilities.
Responsibilities :
CRM Strategy and Implementation:
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of CRM solutions to meet business needs.
Work closely with stakeholders to define CRM requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend improvements.
Provide expertise in CRM system customization, data management, and integration with other business systems.
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Develop detailed functional specifications for CRM-related projects and enhancements.
Create user stories, use cases, and business process maps.
System and Process Optimization:
Identify and drive process improvements in the CRM system and ensure effective CRM adoption across the organization.
Perform data analysis to support CRM decision-making and ensure data accuracy within the system.
Coordinate the testing of new CRM features and enhancements, ensuring they meet business requirements.
Project Management:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure CRM projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Track project milestones, risks, and issues, providing updates to stakeholders as needed.
Manage system upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts in collaboration with the technical team.
Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for CRM-related queries and issues.
Provide training and support to users, ensuring they understand CRM best practices and utilize the system effectively.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure CRM solutions meet evolving business needs.
Reporting and Analytics:
Design and implement CRM reports and dashboards to provide insights on sales, customer engagement, and campaign performance.
Monitor and analyze CRM data to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
Years of experience needed -
11+ total years of experience
5+ years of experience in CRM business analysis, with a strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
Technical Skills:
5+ years of experience in CRM business analysis, with a strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
Proven experience in gathering business requirements, process modeling, and documentation.
Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service processes.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in project management and working within agile or waterfall methodologies.
CRM certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator) is a plus.
Knowledge of data integration and system architecture is a plus
Experience with business intelligence tools and advanced analytics is a plus
