Role & responsibilities
Requirements Gathering:
Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize comprehensive business requirements across functionality, data, user interface (UI/UX), and reporting needs. Ensure clarity and alignment of business objectives with project goals.
Process Improvement:
Evaluate and assess current platform capabilities, processes, and workflows to identify opportunities for streamlining, automation, and efficiency improvements. Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Reporting and Documentation:
Develop, maintain, and manage detailed documentation such as functional specifications, use cases, business process diagrams, and reporting templates. Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to stakeholders.
Decision-Making and Strategic Planning:
Perform in-depth data analysis to support informed decision-making and strategic planning. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on data findings.
User Experience (UX) Analysis:
Work closely with UX designers, business stakeholders, and platform users to analyze and enhance the user experience. Ensure that the platform is intuitive, user-friendly, and meets the needs of end-users.
Quality Assurance:
Participate in testing and quality assurance (QA) activities for new features, enhancements, and changes. Validate that all solutions meet the defined business requirements and quality standards. Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and suggest further improvements.
Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication. Provide regular updates on project progress, findings, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Facilitate meetings and ensure alignment across teams.
Technical Analysis:
Conduct thorough analyses of current platform performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and propose actionable improvement roadmaps. Work closely with technical teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and scalability challenges.
Project Management Support:
Assist in project planning, task tracking, and resource coordination to ensure timely delivery of solutions. Work collaboratively with project managers and cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and deadlines.
