Role: Technical Support - Service Desk L3
Location: Pune
Job Summary -
Candidates with a minimum 2 years of Service Desk experience - Those with technical knowledge and L1.5 troubleshooting skills with excellent English-speaking skills and willing to work in rotational shifts
Years of experience needed -
Any graduate with 2+ years of experience
Technical Skills:
Operating Systems, Desktop, Laptop, MDM, Office 365, Password reset management, MS Office, Printer, COTS Applications, Exchange Server, VPN, VOIP, other end devices and SharePoint
Active listening and probing skills
End User support experience
Effective business communication skills
Navigate through ticketing tools and knowledge base articles
Receptive for feedback and willing to learn
Positive attitude and team player
Certifications Needed:
