Job Description

Role: Technical Support - Service Desk L2

Location: Pune

Job Summary -

Candidates with a minimum 1 to 2 years of IT Service Desk experience - Those with technical knowledge and L1 troubleshooting skills with excellent English-speaking skills; and willing to work in rotational shifts and/or flexible shifts as per business requirement.

Years of experience needed -

1 to 2 years of experience

Technical Skills:

Operating Systems, Desktop, Laptop, MDM, MFA, Office 365, Password reset management, MS Office, Printer, COTS Applications, Exchange Server, VPN, VOIP, other end devices and SharePoint
