Role : Email Security
Location : Pune
Job Summery
5+ years of experience with minimum 3+ years in deployment and administration of Email Security Solution preferably Mimecast, O365 Defender, Fortimail.
Years of Experience Needed:-
5+ years of relevant experience in email security solution management.
Technical Skills/Non-Technical Skills:
Must have implemented and managed email security solution (Fortimail, Mimecast, M365 etc)
Must possess strong technical knowledge of email security
Have exposure on office 365 and Email security feature
Strong experience on Mimecast and/or other email Security solution for threat Protection, Spoofing, Encryption, Archive, URL Defense
Strong understanding of email delivery architecture, email gateway and DNS technologies.
Strong understanding of networking, SMTP, DNS.
Experience with email security solutions in large, distributed environments.
Experience working with email threat prevention platforms in complex email delivery systems.
In depth knowledge of DMARC, DKIM, and SPF Preferred
Strong knowledge on Cloud based Email Filtering Services.
Basic Cloud architecture experience.
In depth knowledge of email messaging systems, system administration in email gateways
Real-time Malware detection, remediation, and quarantine.
Accountable for setting a standardized framework (tags, policies, configuration settings, etc.)
Basic knowledge on DNS reputation policy handling
Check for periodically reports take necessary action
Inspection Email Header and configuration and troubleshooting
Configuring and creating workflows on email security Platform
Reviews violations of email security procedures to eliminate violations
Non-Technical Skills:
Provide input into tactical security initiatives and assist with maintaining Information Protection policies, standards, and technical baselines.
Effective interpersonal, team building and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate; be able to communicate clearly and concisely both to laypeople and peers, be able to follow instructions, make a team stronger for your presence and not weaker.
Regular follow ups with Vendor/Customers in obtaining the required data/resolving any issues and incidents
Check compliance on daily basis to improve and maintain the compliance of mail gateway
Generate and provide periodic reports
Prepare and maintain solution documents such as SOP, Deployment and Operations guide
Ownership skills.
Bachelor s degree preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems and /or equivalent formal training or work experience.
