About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our team as a Deputy Manager/Manager.
This critical role will be responsible for managing the full talent acquisition lifecycle for leadership-level positions, both domestically in India and internationally.
Beyond leadership hiring, the role encompasses ownership of key talent management processes, including selection assessments, post-offer engagement, onboarding, induction, partner management, and expatriate payroll & compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Leadership Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for leadership roles, from sourcing and candidate screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and placement.
- This includes developing sourcing strategies, leveraging various platforms (LinkedIn, executive search firms, etc.), and building strong relationships with potential candidates.
- International Hiring Expertise: Demonstrate experience and understanding of international hiring practices, including visa requirements, cultural nuances, and global compensation considerations.
- Selection Assessments: Administer and interpret selection assessments, including Hogan assessments, to evaluate candidate fit and provide valuable insights to hiring managers.
- Post-Offer Engagement: Develop and implement engaging post-offer programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and maintain their enthusiasm before their start date.
- Onboarding & Induction: Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding and induction programs to integrate new hires into the company culture and set them up for success.
- Partner Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment partners (e.g, executive search firms) to effectively leverage their expertise and expand our reach to potential candidates.
- Expatriate Payroll & Compliance: Oversee the payroll and compliance aspects for expatriate employees, ensuring adherence to local regulations and company policies.
- This includes working with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve talent acquisition processes to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and time-to-fill.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track key metrics related to talent acquisition and provide regular reports to management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR business partners, and other stakeholders across the organization.
Qualifications:
Education: BE + MBA in Human Resources (full-time) is mandatory.
Experience: 2-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on leadership hiring.
Skills:
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Strong understanding of international hiring practices and regulations.
- Proficiency in administering and interpreting selection assessments (Hogan preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in MS Excel and proficiency with digital talent acquisition platforms (e.g, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems).
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
