Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HCM Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative HCM solutions, primarily focusing on SAP HCM Time Management, NPO Payroll, and NPO Benefits. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and client-facing abilities, and a deep understanding of SAP HCM best practices.
Responsibilities :
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for HCM solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement custom and standard PCRs and SCHEMAS for payroll processing.
- Maintain and enhance NPO-specific tables and configurations.
- Develop and implement customized solutions using ABAP HR.
- Integrate SAP HCM with other systems, including Workday (preferred).
- Configure and maintain UNEVE functions, Entitlement IDs, and wage type mappings.
- Generate and maintain Payroll Calendars and Holiday Calendars.
- Develop and implement Work Schedule rules.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
- Ensure the quality and timely delivery of HCM projects.
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and resolve project challenges.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in SAP HCM.
Qualifications :
Essential :
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM Time Management, NPO Payroll, and NPO Benefits.
- Extensive expertise in custom/standard PCRs and SCHEMAS development and maintenance.
- In-depth knowledge of NPO-specific tables and their maintenance.
- Experience in solution design and development of customized solutions using ABAP HR.
- Strong understanding of UNEVE function, Entitlement IDs, their maintenance/modification, and creating custom Entitlement IDs and wage type mapping.
- Proficiency in generating Payroll Calendars and maintaining Holiday Calendars.
- Experience in developing and implementing Work Schedule rules.
- Excellent customer handling and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Experience with Workday and its integrations with SAP HCM.
