Frontend Developer - Vue.js/React.js (6-12 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Front-End Lead with deep expertise in React and Vue.js to join our dynamic team. As a senior team member, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of front-end developers, designing high-quality user interfaces, and ensuring the overall success of front-end development projects. Your experience and leadership skills will help us create efficient, scalable, and robust front-end solutions.

Role & Responsibility :

The list of role and responsibilities of the Front End Lead are as follows (please note this is general indication of expectations, and not an exhaustive list of duties) :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of responsive, high-performance web applications using React and Vue.js.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including back-end developers, designers, and product managers to deliver seamless front-end experiences.

- Architect and implement scalable front-end solutions with an emphasis on maintainability and performance.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews, and ensuring best practices are followed.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to keep our products innovative and competitive.

- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance the performance of web applications.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT.

- 6+ years of professional front-end development experience.

- Strong proficiency in both React.js and Vue.js frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.

- Proven experience in state management libraries (Redux, Vuex, etc.).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence non-technical audiences with analytical insights and data visualizations

- This role is based in Ahmedabad (Work from Office).
