Job Description
Job Role : Projects Assistant
Designation : Assistant - Sales Support
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director(s) in managing and tracking various business projects.
- Independently undertake projects assigned by the Director(s).
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and reports for project updates.
- Utilize data visualization tools for better decision-making insights.
- Stay updated with and adopt new technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and project deliverables.
- Education/Qualification/Training : Graduate degree (MBA preferred).
- Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate environment.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and data visualization tools, Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn, Adaptability to new technologies, especially AI-enabled applications
