A detail-oriented and dynamic team player that will assist in streamlining sales operations and managing CRM systems. Must have excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Managing inquiries from various channels and responding promptly and professionally
- Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions or products
- Tracking, managing, and reporting on leads and sales opportunities
- Coordinating with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients/customers
- Supporting the sales team by coordinating schedules, handling inquiries, and managing administrative tasks
- Overseeing billing processes and ensuring timely follow-ups for overdue accounts
- Managing customer accounts and resolving queries
- Coordinating with logistics and operations teams for timely product delivery
- Working closely with the finance team to resolve billing discrepancies and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 0-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in telephonic communication, fluent in English
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Team player with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Prior experience with CRM systems and sales support is a plus
