Sales Support Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, process orders, and handle customer inquiries.
• Coordinate trade shows, logistics, and documentation (quotations, contracts, invoices).
• Manage customer data and sales tracking using Zoho CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong communication in English & Hindi is an added advantage.
• Proactive, organized, and customer-focused with multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of sales processes and CRM systems.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, preferably in heavy machinery or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, with a preference for Zoho CRM.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and strong in multitasking.
• Educational qualification: BE, MBA, Diploma, or any relevant degree (MBA preferred).
