Job Description
In the Human Resources division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools, they need to succeed. This is a Vice President level position within the India Rewards team responsible for advising and executing our pay for performance philosophy.

What youll do in the role: -
- Contribute to continuously strengthen the Firm s competitive compensation philosophy through surveys, benchmarking, and market intelligence.
- Provide effective compensation analytics to aid in decision making.
- Advise Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner teams on compensation strategies to attract and retain key talent.
- Administer year end compensation cycles with a keen eye on solutioning, accuracy and innovation.
- Participate and potentially co lead initiatives and projects working closely with team members across geographies.
- Adhere to appropriate risk and governance principles.
- Strong data analytics and visualisation skills.
- Strong understanding of compensation practices
